At Euphoria Glam (euphoriaglam.co.ke), we want you to enjoy every purchase you make with us. Because fragrances and beauty products are sensitive personal items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure product quality while maintaining fairness for our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, perfumes and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.

However, a return may be accepted if:

  • The item delivered is damaged
  • The item delivered is incorrect
  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The product must remain in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

2. How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us as soon as possible.

Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our support team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved and the item is received back by Euphoria Glam, we will process your refund.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • M-Pesa reversal
  • Store credit
  • Original payment method (when applicable)

Refund processing may take 2–5 business days depending on the payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If the wrong item was delivered or the product arrived damaged, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

In this case, we will arrange for the return pickup and send a replacement product at no additional delivery cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Opened perfumes or beauty products
  • Used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has already been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues such as:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Courier complications
